Looking for a PERMANENT Website designer for my website designing business.



You would be doing between 2-5 website per week.



We specalise in designing website's for local businesses. We promote our websites to contain specific features, so all of the sites will be similar. An example of the kind of site's need to be designed are as follows. However, we would be expecting you to design sites of a higher quality than these...

*These are sites that i whipped up in a couple of minutes. So I would expect the quality to be better than these, seeing as though I'm an amateur designer and managed to do these with minimal effort.



Needed understanding:

-I will pay you $80 for each site that is designed inc. oDesk charges.

-The site's need to be customised with wordpress.

-I need to be able to simply edit them in wp, or you need to be able to do small quick changes for free.

-I will be sending you the site's design features and content and will expect the initial design to be sent back to me with-in 48 hours of me sending the content.

-I will be paying you among completion of each design.

-I am looking for someone that does their job to the fullest, this means that if I ask for changes to be done then I expect them to be completed to the highest quality and as specific as possible (the reason that i say this, is because I have had designers in the past that complain every time I ask for a change and do the littlest amount of effort required). i want someone that really strives for perfection.
