Replicating existing design by gobats

I have 2 existing designs I have found on the internet (see attached) which I would like essentially copied in photoshop only at substantially higher resolution (say A4 page @ 600 dpi) with the objects being separated as layers so I can mix and match a bit once both are in photoshop... (Budget: $30-$250 AUD, Jobs: Graphic Design, Illustrator, Photoshop)
