I am a US citizen preparing to launch a web based business and am looking for an accountant that can provide tax planning and knowledgeable advice on legally establishing and reporting an International Business Corporation, what jurisdictions would be best to incorporate in and why, or whether a Domestic Corporation would be the better choice.
