Position: Community Builder

Job Description:



Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor multiple social media platforms.

• Manage the daily social media elements to foster interaction, education, engagement and discussion regarding the company’s brands and products through the use of online communities.

• Must have intuitive understanding of viral contents and excellent judgment of what to post.

• Daily coordination with clients.

• Monitor social media conversations to identify opportunities and potential issues.

• Monitor emerging trends and provide recommendations for evolving new social media strategies and tactics.

• Provide additional departmental support as needed, such as media relations, community outreach, special projects, internal communications, etc.





Requirements



• Must have bachelor’s degree (preferred marketing, graphics, communications, English and Journalism)

• Must be fluent in Tagalog and English and have excellent writing, editing and grammatical skills.

• Must have knowledge and understanding of social media platforms.

• Must be up to date on pop-culture, trends, current events and sports.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products.

• Must have own laptop.

• Creative, outside of the box thinker

• Excellent communication skills and problem solving ability

• Positive attitude, creative, detail-oriented, and professional

• Age 19-35.
