Create modal window with FB share button - oDesk

I need a modal window to automatically pop up on a webpage that contains a Facebook share button. If the visitor share's via the share button, it redirect them to another page. If they don't share, it keeps them on the existing page.



If this job is done well and quickly, I have several more projects and more work to offer.



I am very detailed, easy to work for and have a good understanding of what's needed for each job as I have some background experience in this field.
