We are looking to build a module in Interspire Email Marketer that can utilize an unlimited amount of SMTP servers in rotation. The module will have the ability to do the following:
1. Import SMTP credentials
2. Limit the number of emails per hour sent by an individual SMTP
3. Rotate through SMTPs on a per Email Campaign Basis
