Graphic Designer Needed for ongoing work - oDesk

I am looking to add a graphic designer to my team to create the design portion of mobile apps and websites as well as design flyers, cards, and/or menu layouts. Must be an awesome graphic designer. Will be paid on a per project basis at first and then we can move to an hourly wage.
