Graphic Homepage/Category Page Layout Updates for Magento site - oDesk

I need an expert magento developer that is also familiar with magento extensions to provide the following site updates on the homepage and a category page for our site. I have provided a screenshot of how the homepage and the category pages should look after updates.



- New contractor will be provided all the graphic assets to make the updates.

- No design work will be necessary.



Homepage



1) Remove blue colored "wrapper" on the site. Site background should be white now.



1) Please link the email sign up box to the Advanced Newsletter extension so email signups go here.



2) Add correct links to my account/my cart/ checkout/sign properly after moving them to top of page



Category Page



1) The brand boxes (kamisori, kasho, bonika shears, joewell, etc.) should link to same places they link to now.



2) Top 10 boxes should also link to same places they are linking to now (blue box on right side of page).



Please be sure you include same hover effects (shear brands) and hover elements for top 10 lists (images included).



Please be sure to carefully line up all design elements exactly is in screenshot example. This is very important in terms of navigation for conversions.



I need this job done as soon as possible.
