Parse new emails (exim) and store data in MySQL - oDesk

We need a script that will

1. Parse new emails for a predefined user account

2. Extract the subject, from email, attachments and body from email

3. Check MySQL to see if user exists with that email

4. If yes, store in db table with user_id and guest = false

5. If no, store in db table with guest = true
