French / Amazigh dictionary iphone - oDesk

i would like to create a dictionary from a list of 35000 words i have collected in the past 10 years of Amazigh language

It would contain the following : search, definition and favorites. When the app loads, it would need to check for new words and definitions. The search view loads all the words, and on search the list would auto-search. Tapping the word goes to the definition view, from where you can tag the word as a favorite.

its would be great to ad virtual Amazigh language keyboard which look like this ⵜⴰⵎⴰⵣⵉⵖⵜ if they can not read the words it will give them the option of the words in latin alphabet i have the lists of words ready in French / Amazigh in excl sheet

i am a university professor but i have some design skills so i can help with interface

the application is due for iPhone
