Kick-Ass Personal Assistant for Executive at Marketing Company - oDesk

Hello Eager Candidates:



I'm looking for a personal assistant who's excited to be involved with a rapidly growing startup during its most crucial time. ADEPT Marketing Solutions, and it's various ventures is a profitable and rapidly growing startup. I'm the Co-Founder and Director of Business Development.



Pay includes a weekly salary, plus the hourly rate we agree on. Hours start out about 10/week or so, but will increase over time, if you are able.



DESCRIPTION OF THIS KICK-ASS POSITION:



The position will involve making real and important decisions for the company and will teach you a lot about what it means to be a successful web-entrepreneur, should you ever wish to take that path. You'll find that I'm very easy and quite fun to work with, as long as you meet expectations and bring enthusiasm to the table.



I constantly reward my contractors with bonuses and seek to give them the work that will interest them the most. I think that's the best way to produce awesome results for everyone, and I don't mind sharing the success.



At this point, I have a TON of projects going, some of which are already making good money, and others that will soon. I need someone who can help me keep everything organized and on track for success.



WHAT I'M LOOKING FOR:



1. Energetic and wants make money well helping us make more money!

2. Self-driven and wants to make important decisions for the company.

3. Someone who can work with us for at least 1 year.

4. Someone who is VERY detail-oriented and organized.

5. Someone I can trust without question. Pretty quickly, I will need to give you access to my email inbox and various other online properties. That requires HUGE trust from me.



6. Someone smart. Very smart. :-) Can learn to use web tools quickly (email, project management, scheduling, etc). If you have some web-devel experience, that'd be cool, but not required.



7. Superb English and communications skills.

8. Odesk ready
