Our company prepares Business Plans and Investor Presentations and Documents for Entrepreneurs and Small-Medium size businesses.
We are looking to hire a Virtual Assistant (VA) who is sharp, proactive and available to perform among others the following tasks (list not exhaustive). The VA will have the ability to grow his/her role depending on skills and interest.
Duties:
- Set up Power Point and Word.doc Presentations. We provide the Text and Graphs.
- If the VA shows aptitude and interest in developing some sections of the Business Plan (e.g., market analysis) we will let the VA perform these tasks as well. It is all up to the VA.
- Perform Web research. We provide the outline of what needs to be researched (generally markets, competitors) and the VA provides the data according to our requirements.
- SEO/SEM expertise (optional) for our website and client websites. If the VA does not have these skills then we will sub-contract elsewhere.
- Document editing and proof reading. We expect the VA to have outstanding English skills and provide completed work without us having to verify grammar and writing style.
- Some Photoshop skills are a PLUS to manipulate photos. Once again, if the VA does not possess this skill, we will have to contract elsewhere this task.
- Other Miscellaneous tasks.
We required the VA to quote every job prior to get the approval to get started - no open-ended deals.
