PSD to HTML - oDesk

Looking for a developer to convert attached image into HTML and CSS files. Will be supplied in a PSD format.



The file must:

- Be compatible across all browsers including IE 7, 8, 9, Chrome, Firefox, Opera

- All images saved for web

- All text fonts embedded (excludes the 60 days badge)

- SEO friendly code

- All text should be editable in the HTML

- Developed in DIVs not tables

- Have a counter timer which switches numbers randomly

- W3C verified

- Includes a lightbox pop up when the blue laptop image is clicked
