Recruitment Manager - oDesk



A recruitment professional is needed for assisting the recruitment process of a web development team.



The responsibility of the role will include, but not limited to:

1) defining rules for selection criteria of the positions

2) interviewing

3) develop tools to monitor interviewing process

4) process improvement of existing recruitment process

5) training more junior members in adminstrating the recruitment process

6) develop system to monitor existing recruitment process



Successful candidate will have experiences in the above areas. By enquiring for this position, the applicants are willing to and able to:

1) talk (and not just chat) in skype

2) provide personal contact numbers to talk if necessary

3) work between 10am-5pm Sydney time

4) sign in NDA and consultancy agreement

5) meet agreed deadlines with agreed quality
