Software Developer Needed for Simple Cam Chat App - oDesk

I need an app developed that will do the following:



Stream images or pics as a webcam

connect to a chat site and change rooms at random intervals by clicking the 'next' button, add txt to profile. and scroll text to the chat room.



The app should use socks 4/5 and http proxies.

Should detect if IP is banned from the site and then change to next proxy for use

Should be multi-threaded up to 5 threads will be used.



I don't care what language it is programmed in so long as it works correctly
