Minimum of 3 - 5 years of professional software support and/or development experience



Excellent customer service skills and communication skills



Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), C++, Visual Basic, MS Access, MS SQL



Strong programming skills and good understanding of software development cycle



An understanding of relational database design and writing basic SQL queries, triggers and/or stored procedures



Excellent verbal and written communication skills ability to work with minimal supervision
