SWF header required by pro who needs feedback - oDesk

Ok I need a very technical swf header designed. I have an example of the type of header needed.



This is NOT a suitable job for a starter/newbie in this type of design work, however it may suit a new contractor with an extensive portfolio away from Odesk.You will be required to install the finished header on to my site.



I need the contract completed quickly.
