Windows Administrator - oDesk

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.



5+ years of IT experience



Very strong server skills in Windows Server including installation and configuration of server software; deployment of patches, and system upgrades in a 7x24 environment



Nice to have Microsoft Systems Administration Certification



Deep Knowledge of Windows Server 2008

Some experience (or knowledge of) providing support services in line with Help Desk and Logical Access Management / Security type functions



Must be an independent, self-learner that is able to get comfortable with new technology quickly

Knowledge of IIS/ASP.NET



Nice to have Citrix Xenserver, VMware, SolusVM.



Nice to have knowledge experience in a web hosting environment.



Good interpersonal & communication skills, both written and oral; a strong team player
