Wordpress Theme Creation by omygosh

Hi, This is for an wedding expo event website. Mock up designs have been created for a wordpress theme that needs to be created. Please see the two attached images. The theme must be created as a ProPhoto (http://www.prophotoblogs.com/) theme, as we will be using this as the back-end system...
