Authority WP Site for Mobile Website Development - oDesk

I am looking for a web designer to create an authority website in the market of mobile web design. The website will be targeting SME business and have a product price range of $1500-3000+ per product. The project will require the following:

1: the creation of new logos for website header, facebook, twitter, youtube, pinterest, business cards and also stationary,

2: Nice specific images,

3: insertion of a mobile emulator with the ability for a customer to enter their URL to see what it looks like (preferably iPhone 4S),

4: an editable pricing table with a featured product,

5: optin form, the space for a MP4 video on the main page (720x400)

6: 30-45 sec video with our branding informing customers the importance of having mobile ready services, explosion of mobile usage in Australia with an Australian accent.
