Change background on website by frettedman

Hi there, I have a website at present but I am not happy with the look. I would like to change the background colour to white instead of black. I would also need to change the white on black writing to black on white for the website... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: Graphic Design, User Interface / IA, Wordpress)
