We are a medium size recruiter based in Europe who have a new requirement for 5 recruiters with previously experience, ideally within the oil and gas recruitment sector.
Your primary tasks will be;
Lead generation
Find candidates for specific roles
Communicating with candidates via email, business networks, skype
Qualifying candidates, asking questions, vetting candidate for position
Generating CV format in our company template
Forwarding fully qualified candidates to a manager
Assisting in the offer and relocation phase.
Preferably you will be experienced in the following areas:
Recruiting specialist/technical candidates
Qualifying candidates to test their CV and experience.
Communicating via email and telephone in a professional manner
Administration skills, excel/word
We are looking for people who are;

Excellent English language skills (written and oral)
