Looking for a 0:20sec Video Re-creation - oDesk

I am looking for this video to be re-made from 0:00 - 0:20

I only want the first 20sec, I want to be able to edit it on Sony Vegas Pro 10 to add my own words, images and videos. No need for the music or any sound I will add that in my self. The product MUST be delivered in Sony Vegas pro 10 format (.veg)
