Need Wordpress Plugin by earlogic

Hey, I need a wordpress plugin which can: 1) Once installed, should have option to upload a PDF file. 2) Once PDF is installed, it is immediately converted to HTML and added as a blog post. 3) All alignment of html as blog post should be proper...
