It has to be a lean and mean. Cheap project. These are the criteria...:
1) A new design; white, clean, some strong pictures here and there (will be provided), very visual = icons
2) Set up menu structure and backend framework. From this we have to be able to finish/manage it ourself;
3) Integration: blog, YouTube, facebook, references customers and twitter
a. To be able to make newsletters in easy template
4) 2 languages
5) Implementation google analytics
6) To teach how to manage website
7) Taking in to account = SEO-friendly
