part-time Virtual Assistant - oDesk

Hi there!



I am employed full-time, and also trying to start a personal business.

I am in need of someone who can help with things like making/taking phone calls, making appointments, answering and writing emails.



I currently employ two virtual assistants, and am quite familiar with what is involved.



I will need you to be available during a similar timezone as me (I'm on GMT+2 , Cape Town).

For example, you should be able to make Skype calls during my office hours (about 8am to 5pm)



*NB: it is important that you have fairly good spoken English*



Its ok if you're working for other employers too, and I would just require a fair response time.

If you can not start a task within 3 hours, I would expect at least a notification from you saying when you expect to start it.



This would be a part-time position, max 3 to 5 hours per week.

I want to build up a long term relationship, and help you become my personal assistant / virtual assistant.



I would prefer to deal with a single person (no staffing agency).



For communication, I can provide you with a Skype account and a GMail account.

You should be at least familiar with those tools, and Google Talk, Google Calendar and Google Docs.



ps: in your cover letter, please add the words "I read it all" at the top
