Web Designer/ Developer with html5/ css 3 - oDesk

I am looking for a talented Web designer to design and develop a website for my company. The suitable applicant will be a CMS developer (WordPress, joomla or Smarty) with Html 5 and css 3 expertise. The website will need to be SEO compatible.

We need a website with simlar concept but with some innovative design. We will have a back end for our clients which we will add later. So the website must be able to handle being upgraded with added api's at a later stage.
