Convert Word Document (Form) into Excel - oDesk

I have a 1 page form/document in Word that I want to convert to Excel.



The Excel document must look like the Word document when it is printed.



The cheap conversion programs will not work. I've tried them all.



This must be done by someone that knows Excel.



I will pay $20 to have this one page form converted to Excel.



The work must be done today.
