We are looking to redesign our website from the ground up and need a smart professional website look and feel.
We have content being supplied dynamically in house and need a CSS based template designed which we can work with in quite a tight timeframe.
We would want any effort estimate to include at least 3 initial idea mock ups and a structured process to refine the template from there
