data entry specialist - oDesk

Looking for a worker/team of workers for consistent 10-12 hrs/weekly to assist a real estate technology company with their Customer Experience and Marketing Program data entry needs. Full training on data entry processes will be provided.



Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry of information from worksheets and other data collection and reporting tools. Accurately enters all data into applicable databases ensuring timeliness and prevention of backlog.

- Perform all associated tasks with data entry including copying, sorting, proofing, editing, mailing, faxing and general distribution.

- Maintain and organize files associated with data management activities.



Requirements:

- Minimum one (1) year data entry experience.

- Proficiency with reading/writing in the English language

- Minimum one (1) year experience working in remote teams

- Good verbal communication skills

- Minimum 65 wpm
