Experianced Keyword or key Phrase finder - oDesk

I have a site, that is nearly completed, it will have nearly 10 Parent Categories with 10 Sub-Categories, so 100 pages on it, well for now.



I need keywords (key Phrases actually, 3 to 5 words) found for each page, but these are keywords with a difference, they need to have between 3000 and 8000 Global Visitors per month, and the Competitors on Google for the "Phrase" must not be over 13,000.



Please email me if this does not make sense, ??



I need a Price to finish the entire project, but payment will be paid after the completion of each Parent Category, so you do not have to wait to the end to be paid, you will be paid as soon at the Category has been uploaded to Google Drive and Checked, so approximately every 10 Keywords (Key Phrases).



Please ignore the $5 dollars here, that just lets me employ someone.
