I need software that can convert articles into videos and also is a filespinner - oDesk

I am looking for a programmer that can create software that can convert an article file (.txt) to a video and also can spin files.



To convert an article to video there have to be some features:



- The user can select background music.

- The user can select background image.

- The user can select the length of the video.

- The user can select font type/size etc.

I need someone to make a video and image spinner for me. It means that when I have 1 video or 1 image, the software can make 10/25/50/100/500 UNIQUE(!) copies. They must be unique so that, for example, all the videos can be uploaded to youtube without getting the message "you've already uploaded this video".



I don't know much about software creating, but someone told me that they can be made unique by adding very little pixels in the video or image.



The extensions that must be supported are: WMV, AVI, MOV, MPG, MP4, JPG, GIF, BMP and PNG.
