Need Expert PHP developer - oDesk

Hi

I have one app and its already completed. I want to upgrade my app. Server site is completed except the push notification web services. I want that someone can make web services for push notification in JSON format so that my mobile developer can implement push notification web services in iPhone and Android.

I need PHP developer who can develop one push notification service for iPhone and one for iPad.

Don't forget send quote to make one web service for iPhone and one for Android.

Rest of the app is completed.

I prefer fixed price quote.
