Personal Assistant/Personal Concierge (PA) reports directly to Ms Jones and will assist in the start-up of a web-based company.
This is a full-time permanent position requiring daily contact on business days (week days Monday to Friday) and 30 hours work per week, however this may be negotiated if need-be to suit the PA. Office hours are flexible. Four weeks paid annual leave is accrued pro rata. Monthly performance-based feedback will be provided and chance for salary raise annually based on meeting Key Performance Indicators.
PA will perform the following duties:
1. Maintain Ms Jones's personal Google Calendar
2. Perform tasks and personal errands (by internet and occasionally by phone) as required in the time frame given for each individual task
3. Contact Ms Jones daily by email and immediately for all urgent matters
4. Weekly Skype meetings with Ms Jones
5. Conduct web-based research
6. Write blog posts on topics as set by Ms Jones, usually related to health and fitness
7. Manage email accounts for websites
8. Transcribe audio files into text
9. Meets Key Performance Indicators (related to the above fore-mentioned tasks)
