1) When someone goes in to get quotes on the drop boxes we give up to 6 quotes but I think it will only be 4 quotes
2) You know about SEO and it will be VERY important to the site so when making the site keep this in mind all pages must have the ability to be key word rich and text link IN ADMIN
3) Need feeds
4) Good mailing system
5) SEO
6) Holding page and sitemap with SEO
