I am looking for a web designer from the Philippines who is Skilled in Wordpress, HTML and PHP.
This position would be ideal for a student who has just completed a Web Design Course, and is looking to get excellent feedback here.
The Basic Structure of the Website is there, just finishing working on the Data-Input right now, so what I require is a fresh young approach to turn the site into something looking professional - The theme that has been used is the Responsive theme, I need this site to be viewable on mobile applications also.
For security reasons all work will be done remotely to my PC here, via Teamviewer or any other Remote Software, that you can reccomment, ??
There is absolutely no budget for this site, so I can only afford to pay a minimum wage, I need people from the Philippines, because I am based here, so anyone close to Las-Pinas would get priority, it would be so much easier to work with someone local.
The sucessful applicants abilty will tested on a spare domain I have here, before contracts will commence.
