I need a Virtual Assistant to respond to messages left on my voice mail, and to return ALL calls, missed calls, callers that left voice messages. I need these Buyer Callers to be pre-qualified for my RTO program. You will need to ask them about 10-12 questions, and detailed notes must be taken. You will keep information in an excel spreadsheet to include inputting this information in an email message. (These are 2 different methods you will be sending information to me with) You will be given all necessary questions or scripts to ask these buyers. You will be conducting customer service to these buyers so a positive, cheerful, patient attitude is a MUST. You will have to learn how to quickly and efficiently get all questions asked and answered without spending too much time with these buyers on the phone. After the information is collected, you will need to add them to an auto responder information form, and also to my Google contacts. Gmail familiarity with labels is important as you will be adding these contacts to Gmail groups as well. More detailed information will be given in an interview.
