Checkered Flag - oDesk

I am looking for a Flash File that I can use as an overlay in Artisteer of a waving checkered flag. This would be of the actual flag rolling in the wind, not an actual image of a complete flag.

Example would be on this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2C3JjcjtIg at 1:13:39 on the left side of the screen.

I would like this in the header of http://www.sygracing.com and I am able to lay images on top, without the use of flash. This is a Joomla site designed in Artisteer.
