I will need a site designed and developed just like the following site:

There will need to be two sites created:



One site will be what app reviewers see. Goto https apprebates (dot) com

Login with username: jonfrink742 and password: apprebates123

Play around with all of the functionality.

Also try registering for a new app REVIEWER account: https apprebates (dot) com /signup

You must know how the whole process works for app REVIEWERS.



The other site will be what app developers see: Goto https apprebates (dot) com

Login with username: moesyzlak742 and password: apprebates123

Also try registering for a new app DEVELOPER account: https apprebates (dot) com /publisher/signup

You must know how the whole process works for app DEVELOPERS.



I need the exact functionality that you see on all of the site tabs for both of the two websites.



The freelancer must speak and write English well.



The freelancer must also provide past examples of work that is similar in complexity to what I'm looking for above.



You must checkout the functionality on the site and create new user profiles. Only those that have done that process and can comment on that, will be considered. I will not consider generic proposals.
