Need a Talented WordPress Web Developer - oDesk

Hi,



I am looking to add a talented WordPress Web Developer to my team of web development professionals. We have a lot of work coming up, so we are looking for someone who is reliable and willing to take on up to a full-time load. The ideal candidate should have:



* A good portfolio of work that we can look at

* Photoshop/logo creating/editing skills

* Solid php/css coding ability (we want code that functions well)

* The ability to create jpeg/psd-format mock-ups and also the ability to turn these mock-ups into a fully functioning WordPress site

* A good sense of professional WordPress web design

* A good grasp of English

* Able to chat via IM on Skype



When applying, please include links to mock-ups that you have done and any sites that you have designed in WordPress. Also please tell me how many hours per week you are generally available to work.
