A FLEX Developer with experience building Adobe Connect plug-ins is needed to build a chat-box plug in that has more features than the current Adobe Connect Chat-box plug in. The new chat box will have better security options, better export options, better color coding of key words and phrases, sounds associated with users' entry etc. etc.
