Assistant Needed for Entrepreneur - oDesk



Need someone who can work quickly and efficiently with little direction from me. Initially it do research and help me setup systems, manuals and contracts for current small business.



Need someone to keep new projects on schedule. I have ideas but not enough time to implement all of them myself. To be able to take my ideas and develop a game plan of what needs to be done, a schedule of when it'll be done by and then do it. Research different providers and choose which one is the best for our needs. Basically someone who can be the other half of my team. I will do everything needed in person or on the phone but you will do research and emailing so I can have some free time and not always be working.



Every week will be different with new projects starting and old ones continually moved along. The ideal assistant should know a little bit about everything but doesn't need to be an expert in any one field other than being really organized but can research and be able to discuss what is needed and ask the right questions. Can be part or full-time (20-40 hours a week). Do not apply if you can't complete jobs in a timely manner since that is precisely what I need help with. Must be able to work during U.S. hours (CST).



-Research

-Customer service

-Proof read blogs written/rewritten by other odesk workers

-Hire other contractors on Odesk who are experts in their fields

-Post Craigslist ads regularly without them being flagged

-Help setup systems and training manuals for current business

-Research and get employee contracts for current business

-Provide customer service to clients for current business

-Some phone calls as needed but 98% emailing or research online, etc.

-Oversee websites/blogs for new businesses

-Place ads for new hires in U.S.



Qualifications: Knowledge of SEO, emailing, wordpress blogs, CRM, English speaking...



Doesn't need to be native English speaker but must have American English grammar and not British (i.e. casual, no sir or madam...no one talks or writes like that here).
