Fix my PHP site from Parse Errors (more) - oDesk

I have a php parse error Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end, expecting ')' in /home/urbaan6/public_html/checkbrowser/var/access.php on line 270



It appears AT COMPLETE RANDOM TIMES (browse site for a couple minutes until you see it appear) IT WILL APPEAR may take some time or may appear 1st time.....



I need this error to be eradicated..... that is 1st job, should be easy and quick, let me know and I will give you backend access and ftp details....

The 2nd, complicated, time consuming job.



The website is a custom CMS website that is old and has multiple MySQL databases. The image uploader is very poor, and old and needs to be upgraded.



I need a new image uploader that uses a drag & drop and/or select multiple images to upload interface.



The image uploader needs to also AUTO THUMBNAIL all the images and resize them as well to fit the current site design for real estate listings......



I have spoken with multiple developers and they say it's not easy to do this because of using multiple MySQL databases so please take the time to investigate before making any claims.
