Upgrade Image Uploader on Backend of CUSTOM CMS site - oDesk

The website is a custom CMS website that is old and has multiple MySQL databases. The image uploader is very poor, and old and needs to be upgraded.



I need a new image uploader that uses a drag & drop and/or select multiple images to upload interface.



The image uploader needs to also AUTO THUMBNAIL all the images and resize them as well to fit the current site design for real estate listings......



I have spoken with multiple developers and they say it's not easy to do this because of using multiple MySQL databases so please take the time to investigate before making any claims.



I also need to find out how to change admin user details and whether there is or isn't a Control Panel for admin....
