 6-8 Years of experience in Salesforce.com CRM (SFDC)

 Sound understanding & hands-on experience of working in SFDC Sales & Service Clouds

 Good experience on building reports, interfaces, configuration, customization and support

 Strong real-time Project experience in Sales and Service modules

 Strong knowledge & hands-on experience in Force.com platform, Visual Force, Apex Coding, Triggerrs/Bulk triggers & Classes

 Experience in designing & developing custom reports in SFDC

 Experience to code, test, debug, and document complex programs

 Sound knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)

 Experience in writing High level and detailed design documents based on customer requirements
