DrDepth program by magsimoe

Need someone to make a program similar to DrDepth (http:/www.drdepth.se) but without all the bells and whistles. It gets data from gps and sounder and generates a depth map of the sea. I would like to use either the GMap.NET or DotSpatial maps... (Budget: $30-$250 USD, Jobs: .NET, C# Programming, Visual Basic)
