Fix main menu in wordpress theme. - oDesk

I have a wordpress site and I want to change the url structure from domain/%postname%/ to domain/%category%/%postname%/.



Everything works fine except the main menu. When I change the url structure in the main menu settings to domain/%category%/%postname%/ the links in the menu still point to domain/%postname%/.



There seems to be some PHP code in the header.php file that the theme is using to build the links.



Please respond with a fixed price.



I've attached a screen shot of the main menu settings and the nav code in the header.
