Post Panda / Penguin SEO Backlinks Builder - oDesk

I am looking for a virtual assistant who can work with me on a long term basis to do backlink building for SEO.



The applicant should:



- Be very experienced in building backlinks from different sources including but not limited to blogs, forums, social bookmarking etc

- Have done work for many people and have repeat customers

- Does things 'white' hat, NOT black hat

- Have a good track record

- Show me your results, i.e. let me know which customers you've worked for, what keywords they were trying to rank and how your backlink building efforts helped them.



The candidate who can show me proof of results, i.e. show me which keywords you are currently ranking no. 1 on Google for is likely to get the job.



I would like you to tell me:

- Wxactly what your strategy is

- What time frame/schedule I should expect

- How many links you intend to build per day

- Where are your sources of links

- What your best rate is (how much you charge)

- What kind of reporting can I expect from you
