Need team leader - oDesk

HI,



I'll make this simple..



I need 3 shifts... 24 hrs... so 3 managers...



For first 2 weeks, I pay 1$ / managers, then 500$/ month -each --



For web design + programmation 3$/h



I never whant to see ''NO'' it's always possible!! :)



The person.. that takes this contract get all renumeration and pays OTHERS.. I always whant someone answer on chat.



We have progect management softw and chat softw



We have Production director and we will supervise for specs.



I just whant to be clear :



- we are looking for 1 team leader

- that can provide 24 hres support ( managers)

- first 2 weeks, 1$/h for manager , 3$/h for workers (prog + design)

- Cna intergrate whit other teams + workers

- after 2 weeks, 1500$ / month + 5$ /h for prog. + design
