Converting Video into Text - oDesk

I have a Youtube Channel that contains video tutorials.

I want to convert these videos into text-based tutorials.



All what I'm requesting from you is to convert each word i said in the video into text.

The videos are about iOS (iPhone, iPad) apps development, so it's preferable to have someone that has some idea about that, although it's not a necessity.



The videos are between 3->10 minutes in length.



I'm willing to start with the "iOS 5 Development" series, starting video number 7.

The first series is 40 videos long.

And I want to convert other series later on.
